You may seen or read about the Kimkins diet in a national magazine. The owner, Heidi K. (Kimmer) Diaz aka Kim Drake, is a FAKE. It is doubtful that she ever lost 200 lbs in 11 months, let alone that she 'effortlessly' maintained a weight of 118 lbs for 6+ years.
